Shipping
MOST orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 business hours of receipt of orders. Comphy Co items ship directly from Comphy Co and may take up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. You will be updated with the tracking # once your order has shipped.
Please note that anytime Free Shipping is offered, this is only applicable for customers in the continental United States.
Oversized Items
Oversized items may incur additional shipping and services charges because of their unusual size. Please call 866-590-5050 for an estimate of S&H charges.

Returns and Exchanges
Should your order not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of the invoice date if the product has not been opened or used. Please call customer service at 866-590-5050 to obtain a Return Authorization #. Upon receipt of the return, StopDropAndRelax.com will refund the cost of the item less shipping and handling fees to your original payment method. A restocking fee may also apply. If you received free shipping on your order and return the product, our cost to ship the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you receive a package damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please hold onto all packing materials so that we may process a claim with the carrier.
Sales Tax
State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped to the State of Ohio. Sales tax is calculated from the total sale plus shipping and handling charges.
