Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of orders. You will be updated with the tracking # once your order has shipped.  Once the order ships, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Oversized Items

Oversized items may incur additional shipping and services charges because of their unusual size. 

Returns and Exchanges

Should your order not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of the invoice date if the product has not been opened or used. Please call customer service at info@stopdropandrelax.com to obtain a Return Authorization #. Upon receipt of the return, StopDropAndRelax.com will refund the cost of the item less shipping and handling fees to your original payment method. A restocking fee may also apply. If you received free shipping on your order and return the product, our cost to ship the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will promptly correct the issue.  Please contact customer at info@stopdropandrelax.com.

If you receive a package damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  Please hold onto all packing materials so that we may process a claim with the carrier.

Sales Tax

State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped to the State of Ohio. Sales tax is calculated from the total sale plus shipping and handling charges.
